It has never been more important for Insurers to make the right decision, both at Policy inception and the First Notification of Loss. Imageproof is our service to provide quick access to high quality digital images to insurers at both opportunities.

The Insurer who uses the Inception Protection of pre-Policy images will deter against fraudulent new business. Access to the images will enable the Insurer to validate genuine claims and deal with them quickly and fairly.

Another unique product from Service Certainty, facilitating improvements in customer service, enhanced cost control and providing Veterinarians with access to Insurer direct billing.

Approved Veterinarian surgeries will register an insured pet for treatment and obtain a pre-authorised billing agreement, within an agreed fee structure. The Vet can undertake treatment in the knowledge that the fee is agreed, the Insured knows that the Vet will require payment of only their policy excess, and the pet will receive the correct treatment which it deserves.
